Stellar strikes gold again after signing rising-star athletes

Stellar has raced further ahead in the world of athletics after signing five of the hottest track stars.

Grant Holloway, Daniel Roberts, Kayla White and Tyrell Richard and Yanis David all signed for Stellar Athletics following the end of their final college season and the start of their professional careers. They are all tipped to become superstars in their sport following a record-breaking final college season.

Grant Holloway recently won the NCAA 110m hurdles with a time of 12.98 seconds, A record held for 40 years. Daniel was second with a time of 13 seconds, which equalled the previous record.

Kayla White was runner up in the 100m final, posting a personal best of 10.95 which followed on from a 200m victory earlier in the year in which she clocked the fastest time in 2019 so far. Tyrell Richard, meanwhile, posted the world’s top time in the 400m indoors (44.82) and the sixth fastest time in history.

French athlete Yanis David won the long jump and took second in the triple jump in the NCAA finals. This performance saw her – along with Grant Holloway – named by the US national coaches association USTFCCCA as athletes of the year.

All five will now be competing for places in their respective countries’ teams for the IAAF World Championships, which start in September in Qatar.

Stellar Athletics President and co-founder John Regis said: “This is a dream for every agency to sign this calibre of athletes and we look forward to working with them to achieve and surpass their goals and enjoy all the rewards that their talent and hard work deserve.”
